This thoughtfully designed compact condominium reflects the life of a newlywed couple starting their journey together. Rooted in a modern contemporary concept, the space features calming greyish wood tones that bring understated elegance and comfort. The design captures how the couple connects—with each other and their home.

The entryway opens to a visually extended living area, anchored by a custom island finished in neutral porcelain, seamlessly flowing into a custom-made dining table. This multifunctional element serves as the heart of the home—perfect for dining, working, or casual conversations— while creating a sense of continuity in a limited footprint. A tall pantry and fridge cabinet sits to the side, paired with a full-height mirror to reflect light and broaden the spatial perception.

The double-volume dining area commands attention with its impressive height, imparting a feeling of expansive grandeur. Adorned with elegant wallpaper, the walls exude sophistication and style, elevating the overall ambiance. LED lighting enhances the space with a warm and inviting glow, accentuating its features and creating an ideal atmosphere for dining and entertaining.

Mindful of the condo’s modest size, cabinetry was capped at 8 feet high to maintain openness and avoid overwhelming the space. This subtle choice adds lightness and clarity to everyday life.

A delicately crafted partition, integrated with the TV cabinet, defines the dining and living zones. Beyond its function, it applies Feng Shui principles to redirect energy flow from the main door, creating a grounded, balanced, and deeply personal home.

Maximizing every inch of the compact master bedroom, the bed is positioned snugly against the wardrobe, complemented by a custom side table that offers personal convenience for the sleeper on that side. This layout not only makes efficient use of space but also creates a subtle separation between the sleeping area and wardrobe, evoking the feel of a mini walk-in closet.

Opposite the bed, a feature wall with textured paint and soft curved edges frames the TV, adding visual interest and warmth. This cozy setup reflects the homeowners’ love for unwinding and watching television in a comfortable, inviting environment.
